MINUTES OF
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
BRAZIL, INDIANA
FOR MAY 20, 2020
A meeting with the Board of Public Works was held on May 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Brazil City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Brian Wyndham.
Pledge was led by Mayor Wyndham
ROLL CALL: Ruthann Jeffries, Linda Messmer, Mayor Wyndham, City Attorney Traci Orman, and Deputy Clerk Melissa Dorsett
OTHERS PRESENT: Planning and Zoning Administrator Janet McClellan, Street Superintendent Brian Bemis, Warren Artz from Wabash Valley Asphalt, Seth Johnson from DC Construction.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Opening Bids for 2020 Street Resurfacing Project –The City was awarded Community Crossing grant money for resurfacing city streets. Bid packets were sent out and two have been received. City Attorney Traci Orman opened and read the following bids:

ADJOURNMENT: A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Ruthann Jeffries; seconded by Linda Messmer. The motion passed 3-0. Meeting was adjourned at 10:07 a.m.
