MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
BRAZIL, INDIANA
FOR JUNE 6, 2018
A meeting with the Board of Public Works was held on June 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Brazil City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Wyndham.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Wyndham, Ruthann Jeffries, Linda Messmer, Deputy Clerk Melissa Dorsett, City Attorney Traci Orman
The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for the Police Station Design Project. One bid was received and opened by City Attorney Traci Orman.
Global Construction Management, LLC – Total Bid $183,581.00
The bid will be taken under advisement with the City Attorney until the June 13, 2018 Board of Works Meeting.
Ruthann Jeffries made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Linda Messmer. The motion passed 3-0. Meeting was adjourned at 1:02 p.m.
