MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
BRAZIL, INDIANA
FOR APRIL 6, 2015
A meeting with the Board of Public Works was held on April 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Brazil City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Wyndham.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Wyndham, Ruthann Jeffries, Linda Messmer, City Attorney Traci Orman and Deputy Clerk Patty Bedwell
NEW BUSINESS:
1.) Bid Opening – Due to discrepancy in receipt of bid packets, bids will be opened on Wednesday, April 8, at the regular Board of Works meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Ruthann Jeffries; seconded by Linda Messmer. Meeting adjourned at10:05 a.m. The motion passed 3-0.
